You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, store, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Output

Output generated by AI models is provided without any warranty of originality or accuracy. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

6. API Usage

Use of the OpenAI-compatible API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate API access for excessive or abusive usage. API keys are personal and must not be shared.

7. Payments and Account Credit

Account credit is purchased using the hosted checkout provided by Binnash.com.bd and becomes available only after the Service confirms the payment. The checkout's terms, privacy, refund, and fulfillment policies apply to payment processing. A completed refund reverses the corresponding account credit. If that credit has already been consumed or reserved, the unrecovered amount becomes account debt and new billable use remains unavailable until the debt is repaid.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binnash.com.bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The total liability of Binnash.com.bd for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or reflect biases present in the underlying models.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 shall survive termination.
